Shipment and Payment
★Payment Method
Payment: Please complete the payment within 3 days after placing your order. Once payment is complete, please contact us via email (email: customersupport@theluckygoods.com) and include the following information in the email to confirm your payment. Please also keep your payment receipt and order number for future inquiries.
Please include the following in your email: (1) Order number (2) Name of the person who placed the order (3) Last 5 digits of the bank account number (4) Amount of payment
★Shipping Cost Calculation and Shipment
- Free shipping on all orders over 1500 yuan.
- If a single order is less than NT$1,500, a home delivery fee or a convenience store pickup fee of NT$65 will be charged. (When picking up the goods at the convenience store, you need to fill in your mobile phone number. Therefore, please fill in the following fields during the ordering process: (1) the mobile phone number of the person picking up the goods and (2) the "store name and convenience store code" of the convenience store where you are picking up the goods.)
- All items will be shipped 3-7 business days after "payment confirmation".
★Pre-order items
- If the manufacturer notifies you of a stock shortage or out-of-stock situation, you can apply for a return or exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
★Color difference/size issues
- Since almost all the products in the store are handmade, each item will have slight differences in color and brushstrokes.
- Due to differences in monitors, slight color variations are inevitable. Please refer to the actual product for the most accurate representation. Color differences are not covered under the return and exchange policy for defective products. If you are very concerned about color differences, please do not place an order.
- Product dimensions are provided on the product page. Buyers are advised to confirm the dimensions before placing an order.
- Returns and exchanges are not possible due to size issues.
★Returns and exchanges
- If the product is defective, please take photos for future reference within 3 days of delivery (calculated from the date of successful delivery by the logistics company), and we will assist you with the follow-up processing as soon as possible.
- Outer packaging is not considered a defect. All goods are properly packaged in cardboard boxes. Occasionally, the outer box may be bumped or squeezed during transportation, but this will not damage the integrity of the product inside. If you strictly require the outer box to be intact, please do not place an order.
- Exchanges are limited to the same item and size.
